Terms of sale & returns

These terms apply to orders placed on aahvaahan.com with AAHVAAHAN Private Limited, 1009/5, Street No. 1, Khajoori Khas, North East Delhi, Delhi 110094.

1. Placing an order

When you complete checkout, your order is saved with an order number and sent to us on WhatsApp. An order is accepted once we confirm it with you on WhatsApp, phone or email. Until then we may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the delivery address cannot be served. You can follow your order on the Track Order page.

2. Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. The MRP is shown alongside our selling price. If a price on the website is wrong, we will tell you before confirming the order and you can choose whether to go ahead.

3. Payment

You can pay in cash on delivery, or by UPI using the QR code shown at checkout. For UPI payments, please share the UTR / transaction ID so we can match your payment. We confirm UPI payments manually before dispatch.

4. Shipping

We ship within India. Shipping costs ₹49 per order and is free on orders over ₹500. We update your order status and share dispatch details once your order leaves us.

5. Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, or an item is wrong or missing, message us on WhatsApp at +91 87449 88314 or email connect@aahvaahan.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund the amount paid for that item.

6. Returns and cancellations

Because our products are consumable puja items, we cannot accept returns of opened packs. You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp. Refunds for prepaid UPI orders go back to the UPI account you paid from.

7. Using our products safely

Incense, dhoop, samrani, diyas and camphor involve an open flame or smoke. Burn them on a heat-proof holder, in a ventilated space, away from curtains, children and pets, and never leave them unattended.
